Mobi-Hearth® Furnace System

CAN-ENG Mobi-Hearth® Furnace System is an automated guided vehicle designed as a unique modular kit. The furnace cell incorporates a “skid hearth” that can be loaded to any number of car bottom furnaces, quench systems, and transfer stations that can subsequently be transferred into each furnace via an automated transfer car.

Mobi Hearth Furnace Systems - AGV & Hot Load

The transfer car is integrated as a completely automated system and does not require any floor mounted rails for motion. Further to this, the use of this transfer car will offer the extensive flexibility in terms of plant layout as the car can be driven to any location for loading and unloading. The overall size of the equipment requires that the unit be flanged for shipping considerations. This furnace will therefore be built in a modular kit style format.
